-homemade ravioli with five cheese & spinach

Main Course (Select three)
-slow-cooked arctic char with chickpea cake, dill sauce & fresh chickpeas topped with cucumber & cherry tomato salad
-veal scaloppine over fennel hash
-lemon glazed breast of free-range chicken stuffed with fennel, accompanied by wild rice & savoy cabbage
-roasted free-range chicken (half chicken) with string beans, celery root & rosemary sauce
